NTT communications is also recognized for its new service, dual-stack IPv6/IPv4 network. "An enabler for the next stage of the connected world – a future world of sentient appliances which is already proving itself," said the judge. This recognition further demonstrates the company’s successful commercial implementation of IPv6 technology, with which NTT Communications won "Best Technology Foresight" award at WCA 2002.Telemark 2004
Telemark Gold Awards for Outstanding Network Reliability
An independent report from Telemark, which researched the customer satisfaction levels of all the world’s major global suppliers of Managed Data Network services, has placed NTT Communications as best in class against the three satisfaction benchmarks that customers rated the most important.
The "Indispensable to Customers" category saw NTT Com achieve two prestigious five-star Telemark Gold Awards for outstanding quality on Network Reliability and for Secure Data Transfer. NTT Communications also rated four stars for excellence in Fault Reporting Process – the highest score by any vendor in that category. Overall, the company achieved four Telemark gold Awards demonstrating its world-class network Management capability.
